I need a new title!

OK, before I get to my subtitle.....

I have not had much luck with having an aggressive workout this week at all. I start, I can't finish. I try to get it done, but family time makes it difficult to carve out time for myself. I will definately have to. The kids went back to school this week and so the schedule has been topsy turvy.

So exercise has been kind of on the back burner physically but on the forefront mentally. I'm not becoming obsessed with it, I just want to be able to have a regular schedule workout time. Especially since it relaxes me and lets my tension out.

I'm going to be a raving lunatic if I don't work this out and I've already warned my husband that I have to get time to workout so I need his help with being at home, now that he's no longer on the night shift.

I thought about putting up a flyer to see if anyone is interested in starting a walking club. I'm definately going to pursue that.

It's Friday and I'm going to try to carve some time out for me today one way or the other!

Oh yea, my subtitle, I need a new name for these entries. Journal entry sounds too lame and boring. Can anyone come up with a good title for me? It's not that interesting reading up about me working out I know. But if you do so in passing give me a suggestion will ya! (pretty please...)

Workout time: 0 Frustration building: up to the wazooky!

Take a break, girl! I get all excited about exercise and am really charged up for a few days, then I get myself completely burned out on it.

I think it's good for you to have "you days" and to take a break from the (awesome!) work you've been doing.

Good luck!

Well I kinda like the idea of "Getting Healthy"

or maybe "Turning Back the Clock"

in my case the second one is the needed one!

I think I'll join you on that one Trudy!

That's a great idea M! I'm going to confess that hopping back on a bike is not easy for me because I didn't ride a lot as a child and when I did ride a bike it was at the age of 15 and I taught myself how to ride it. I didn't ride for long even then. So for me it would be learning to ride all over again. In the past, my two youngest do have bikes and I've been walking while they have ridden their bikes. I definately will get the courage up to get myself a bike and do that though M. It's a great suggestion!
