I'm 29!  Yes, much better than 59, which I was some months ago (Wii age that is)!  Quite an improvement since my very first time using Wii Sports at that time, then I was 85, horrible, and I didn't live it down easily, I thought of resorting to threatening my kids who were laughing at me then!lol!

I have not been on the Wii for a while. Nor have I have used my Wii fit since I purchased it last summer.  And it had the nerve to remind me of that too, "You have not used 'me' for 110 days"!  Oh my gosh!

So after getting my body analysed again, (this thing is fantastic!) I hopped on the board and had quite a lot of fun trying to run, walk the tight rope and ski, all hilariously done, but with much competition in mind!  My kids saw me having so much fun that they decided to join me.  We were laughing at each other's fete so loudly, my hubby who was trying to nap in his room yelled for us to not wake the neighbors!

The Wii is definitely a fun and family oriented device!  Yesterday I had to purchase a new Wii remote and decided to buy a sleeve for the board as well, a pretty pink gel skin that my son objects to because it's pink! Oh yes honey, pink it is!

does the wii fit actually work?  My mom wants one (we've had a wii for almost a year and all we have is wii sports....that's terrible).  I was thinking about buying it for her for mothers day but I only want to get it if it actually makes people more fit.

The Wii fit rocks!

It's an excellent way to track your progress and do different types of movement than you usually would.  Once you start unlocking the higher up levels it becomes more and more challenging.  It's definitely worth the price.

My daughter and I use ours all the time.  It's entertainment while exercising.  What's not to love? (well, it telling you that you are fat and old for your age isn't fun...but it DOES motivate you!)

LOL! I agree with Karma, it really works and is great motivation to keep you going!  Amanda, your mom would love it, I highly recommend it!

BTW, Wii Play is good too! I have the Wii Sports as well.
