Hey you guys out there, if you have a girlfriend, or wife, or sister, or other, you might have experienced PMS that blows the mind!
You girls know what I'm talking about. The kind of feelings that makes you want to pull your fingernails against a chalk board out of frustration or just to annoy anyone that's pissing you off at that moment!
You go through a world wind of emotional confusion that makes your other half wonder what did he do wrong? Can you feel me on that? There's such a feeling of dis-satisfaction, nothing is right, nothing pleases you and you nit-pick everything. You have unexplainable anger and you blow up at the least little thing, or crumble in tears because you just feel like it.
There are moments when you feel really vulnerable and everything just seems to be against you. You feel dissatisfied with your life, your spouse, even the look of your furniture!
You try to figure out what the fuck is wrong with you, then you realise, wait a minute, you suddenly feel the warm flow of that monthly visitor that turns your life upside down for a week or two prior and even after, yeah, that wonderful experience we women go through, mother nature at her finest! You wanna sock it to the guy, because it must be a guy who did this to you, (God, are you listening?) that makes you experience these tumultuous feelings and you give a sigh of relief that this too shall pass!
Ah men, you don't know how lucky you have it!
But if you are a smart man you go do the one thing you know will cure any ills, get her something chocolate, unless she's allergic to it of course, then you're in trouble! Anything chocolate or creamy and delicious works, at least for me it does!lol!
Now ladies if your PMS symptoms/condition is extremely severe, not mild like that I mentioned above; if you have chronic depression, are overly anxious and feel like hurting yourself, or anyone else, do seek help immediately!
PMS is known to create imbalance with your hormones, your thyroid might be out of whack, and your red blood cell level might be low. If you even feel an inkling of anything being wrong with you, and we women are (or you should be) in tune with your body to know that something is seriously wrong, go to the doctor and get a check up immediately!

Oh Shaun, you might end up on the other end of that whip!
Depending on the context, that might work in my favor.
I'm up for trying new things.
