Body in Progress Journal Entry
I missed out on 'me' time and my Power Saturday last week and the week leading up to then I didn't even work out once! The same this week, no workout at all. I have been so busy that I couldn't make time for myself and I was feeling it!
So today I made sure I did take some time for me. It wasn't as powerful as I've always done, man you drop the ball and you begin to feel the difference in your body and your movements.
I went directly to the gym and worked out for 20 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins on the epiliptical machine. Then 5 mins on the rowing machine. Good grief I couldn't believe how tired I felt using that rowing machine!
What happened to all my energy and my gung ho attitude? I actually forced myself to complete the workout for my own sake. Because if I continued in this manner, being stressed, not taking time to work out it would definately not be good for my health.
I felt good leaving the gym. Yes sir I did. It's going to be tough getting back to my level of fitness (and it wasn't so far up the scale either) but what a difference two weeks make!
Yep, back on the road again. No turning back this time.
Cardio exercises = 45 mins.
