Maryanne wins hands down!
Published on October 16, 2006 By foreverserenity In Blogging
There was a poll done recently asking American men one simple question, "Ginger or Maryanne"? Majority of the men polled chose Maryanne.

Most men "....prefer wholesome and unpretentious to gorgeous and so-called sexy...."

Well I think that's about the most wonderful news I've read in weeks!

Here's a link with more details.

MaryAnne or Ginger??  Well what about that old woman?  or that's right, she was married to that old man...darn..

I guess my age group would have to ask:  Ann Margaret or Bea Arthur?  any bets?

The old woman? ! Trudy, the pc way is the older woman!! Now you know that between Ann Margaret and Bea Arthur, Ann's going to get the votes! I'm a bigger fan of Bea though!

See if it's between good looking and plain,  they choose good looking,  BUT when it's when good looking and someone like MaryAnne,  well they choose Maryanne cause she's cute AND fun!  THe best of both worlds

I'm now PC !  Us older women ain't too bad...We can be "DEPENDed upon, can put some BITE into things with our new teeth, and can laff at ourselves too, we have to, everybody else does....LOL Hope you're having a good night serenity

Maryanne is the one you take home to mom.  Ginger is the one you have a great night with!

And no Contest between Bea and ANn.  One looks like an old battle axe and the other is sexy in her sexties!

You mean Mrs. Howell. Lovey, has her hubby called her.

I'm definately more Maryanne than Ginger. I think men are intimidated by woman who are too gorgous. Us approachable girls come out ahead in the long run I think.

Hmm, I'd have to say Ginger, not to be contrary, but because I've always had a thing for her. As for Bea or Ann, I'd have to say Ann.

Most definately Loca! This could be one of the reasons why Maryanne was chosen more.

There is a generation of GIs who fell in love with her, and still love her.  I remember when she was in her 40s, and made Middle Age Crazy - and she was as hot then as she was in the 60s!
