Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!

I'm stuck at home today waiting on the carpet cleaners to stop by and clean my carpets. I've vacuumed, put everything I can up high and getting a little bored. I tune in to daytime TV which I don't get to do often since I"m at work during the day.

I used to enjoy watching The View but not anymore. I actually used to tune into it because of Star Jones, and Meredith. When Star was on they had such an interesting chemistry and Meredith and her were always fun to watch (to me) because they had some interesting stuff to talk about, or at least I didn't mind hearing them talk about it.

Now the view has Rosie O'Donnell whose voice just irritates the heck out of me and it pains me to hear her speak. I'm a New Yorker (even though I don't live there anymore) and I can't stand to hear her speak! And there is absolutely no chemistry between them. It's like she's sucking up to Barbara Walters which is sickening too! I like Elizabeth and Joy, I really do, but I just can't watch it anymore. They've lost their fizz! So tune in to the View? I think not!

Now Jerry Springer, that's the show to watch at the 11:00am hour! He always has some really whacked up people on who are always tearing each others clothes off when they fight! Who doesn't like to see people get at each other? Especially when one is cheating on the other with a sister, or a cousin or a woman who is really a man?! LOL! I don't know where he gets his guests but they're always like a bad car accident, you can't help but stare.

Today's show is titled "Unempolyed Men Vs Angy Gals". And sure enough, there's been two fist fights, or in this case, arms flaying attack between two women and it's only been ten minutes into the show!

Yep, Jerry Springer is much more entertaining by far! Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! His audience are so involved it's ridiculous!LOL!"

I got my nephew hooked on Jerry (much to the chagrin of my sister).

I hated The View until Rosie came on. I wasn't a big fan at all of Star Jones and was glad that she got the boot.

I don't watch The View as much as I watch Ellen or Rachel Ray. Funny and food. My two favorite things.

haha...now he's addicted to Jerry!LOL! My hubby loves to watch it too. Unfortunately for him he's working during the daytime now so he doesn't see it anymore!

I used to like watching it before not now. I used to like Rosie until she became such a whiner about everything. Star needed an attitude adjustment but I could relate to her p.o.v. Rosie just has one mindset and that's it.

Ohh, I love Ellen and I really love Rachel too. I just got the chance to watch her show for the first time, she's pretty good!

I used to enjoy watching the View,  didn't last long for me though,  they interuppted each other so often I couldn't understand most of what was being said!

I know what you mean about Rosie's voice,  it grates on me too,  and chemistry is so important,  in our day to day lives with others,  on tv,  in the movies,  everywhere!  Good points you made serenity

Ahh the Jerry show....no comment! ...

Jerry Springer is so damn funny. Want to go on national, whoops, international television and make a right ass of yourself? Jerry will have you. Want to go on international television and expose yourself to everyone? Jerry will have you. Want to go on international television and reveal your deepest, darkest secrets? Jerry will have you.

It is unbelievable how many tragic, lost people there are who are willing to also make themselves a point of ridiculous ridicule.

I love the show but only in 5 minute doses.

Yeah, Chemistry is important for people who have to be under the public's gaze! Or not, if two people rub each other the wrong way, that would be difficult!

Hahaha...I understand!

Yep, there are so many. I give them credit, I wouldn't have the guts to do that! I understand about the 5 minute doses, it can be over the top!!

Jerry's OK. His show sucks and so does imitator Maury Povich's show. Exposing the lower class hang-ups in America is not funny--it is sad.

Let's face it, the people on these shows have no pride or standards--they show a dark, ugly side of America we don't really need to see on television.

Yes, sad, but true. Some folks don't know what's beyond their own little corner of the world and shows like these expose them to it. I think that's a good thing because ignorance breeds all kinds of ugly things.
