I love it!

Whoo hoo! My 17 year old called me at work this evening all excited because a UPS delivery was just dropped off! It was addressed to me and can she open it? I'm like, no, it's my package and I don't want you guys raiding it!

But please she begs because by the time I get home she will be at her part time job and won't be here to see me open it. Of course I caved! The three of them were there and I could hear the cheering in the background! Kids!LOL! Any chance they get to open a gift before Christmas!LOL!

Then she opened it and described to me what was in the box. Not in detail because her five year old sister kept pulling at everything so she was going to put them away until I got home. But she told me a container with gift wrap, what looks like chocolate and something else.

I came home and went to the box right away!

In it I found:

My fav chocolate bar!!!!! Cadbury Fruit & Nut !!!!

A T-shirt with El Paso Texas written on it. And it's cute and I love the lettering!

A magnet picture frame that can also be hung on the Chritmas tree

And buried in the bottom was.............drumrollllllll...

A container wrapped with pretty paper (what we in JA call gift wrap) and covered quite delicately were the softest, most delicious cookies ever!!!!! Did you make those Rose? They were delish! And just the way I like them with nuts and all kinds of stuff in them!

Here's a picture:

And the card that came with it, a nice one of Frosty the Snowman that I hanged on our Santa Card holder:

Thank you Rose and Chris very much! I expected the gift but it was really great to actually receive it!

The card on the far right is the one I received. Sorry the pic is a bit grainy! I've realised that Snapfish is not very clear when I upload my photos sometimes. I had to reload the one with the gifts but couldn't do the other because of how slow uploading was!

We're glad you enjoyed your package Serenity. It was nothing fancy, but I definitely thought you'd like every single thing we sent. Yes, I made the cookies...I was afraid they might dry out, so I am glad they got to you in good condition!

Enjoy and happy munching!

[muffled response from eating cookies] They are so good, those cookies, and yest so soft! We love chewy soft cookies with a bit of crunch to it and those are perfect!!!!

My daughter is after my Tshirt (my oldest) and she' s not getting it!!

My hubby can't believe I talk to people on line who are not crazies! Hehe, now he believes me how nice you guys are!

You know, next year, I'm going to have to get my act together and get in early as I'd love to send some of you all some gifts from downunder. Note to self: plan ahead...
