I opened my email to see a message from a famous ‘Hollywood’ person. Who you might wonder, well you already know from my title of course, yes, Kevin Bacon!

Apparently Kevin (and AOL/AIM) has started a new organization and a Website where he’s linked his infamous Six Degrees of Separation game, story, the play, to a charity.

You join the charity, create your own webpage, raise money, he matches! Yep, you’ll get the chance to be famous too, maybe! But it’s all for a good cause.

I’m thinking about it doing it. I’ll peruse it in detail when I have more time to do so. But I just thought I would mention it. Maybe, get someone else started on a good cause!

Did you receive that email, or heard about the charity?

If you don’t know anything about the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon phenom, Link Wikipedia has the details. Plus for more information about the charity you can go to Link

forever...The Emperor's New Groove?

Anyway, I'm two degrees removed from Kevin Bacon (like you'd care to know this...lol!). In 1989, I screen tested for a movie called "Come See the Paradise", which starred Dennis Quaid. Dennis Quaid was in "The Right Stuff" with Ed Harris, who was in "Apollo 13" with Kevin Bacon.

Interestingly enough, the Quaid connection is double, as I have a cousin who was an uncredited extra in "Breaking Away".

FS, if you do it, let us know.  I will support you!

Of course I've NEVER seen this email.  I don't ever get the good stuff.  Just the oddball wanting me to send money to India so I can win millions.  ~yawn~

I've always liked Kevin Bacon and now here is another reason. Could you do me a favour and forward me the email. I'd really appreciate it and would like to get involved myself.
