The weather is getting warmer, nicer for the most part in the places where it has been cold for the last couple of months. Of course, here where I am, although it's warm 90 percent of the time, you can still tell that it's getting into summer because the kids are out of school, which makes the traffic much lighter but also because of that feeling you get inside just because the sun is out and you feel like doing fun stuff!

I like to try out new things all of the time. One of my fav thing to do is to have a tall glass of something icy cold, preferably with a little caffeine; or a nice cold glass of some blend-able smoothie drink that really lets you feel good after drinking.

One thing to be careful of though, I've found out, is that those drinks can be loaded with lots of calories! I knew the smoothie drinks can be because of all the stuff they put in it, but the caffeinated ones are just as loaded!

Well I guess chocolate shakes are out. My favorite is a strawberry limeade from Sonic. I also like floats made with sprite and orange sherbert. I do like the smoothies from Jamba Juice but I always get the fruity ones and I can't ever even finish half of the small.

There's a local place just down the road that makes a killer cherry-vanilla-cream-7up. I love 'em!
