I'm not having a good start, or at least a good continuation to my work out schedule! I started off by working out for 30 mins on Monday, which was great!

Yesterday, I didn't snack, healthy snacks that is, at work, all day. I had breakfast, lunch, and by the time I got around to dinner, I was soooo hungry, I had a bit more than my usual portion! I didn't over do it, but I ate a little too much and I was so listless for lack of energy, I couldn't get enough to workout!

Then it was homework time with the kids and that took up the rest of my night! Oy!


Today, I've been so busy at work, I was practically chained to my desk except for running out for an hour to pick up the little one and ran back to work and I was stressed just thinking of the stuff to be done, waiting on my desk!

I again didn't snack and I came home with every intention to workout, I'm too hungry and energy drained to do it now! Then it's homework and that might take the whole night again! Crap!

I'm going to have a moderate portion to eat now, re-boot my energy (Yeah, robot mom!) and then devise a way to get something done this evening in the form of some exercise!

One thing I have to learn to do though, I still have the rest of the week, so I won't beat myself up because I didn't do anymore exercise yet! Then again, Saturday's out, we are going on a road trip for the day! Hmmm... that leaves tomorrow, Friday and Sunday. Sunday would usually be my rest day, but it's not going to happen this week, we've been invited to some resort place....I'm thinking of canceling!

I'll get it right though, I will! If you started your new workout/diet plan, just stick with it and don't give up!
