Day two of my keep on moving goal, I got up early yesterday morning and did some Yoga!  It felt good to stretch this old curvy body! (yeah, curvy! )

I got up and did Yoga, worked with my dumbbell's, and jumped rope!

After work I ended up at the gym my husband Michael hangs out at, with Adam and Amanda and we played table tennis for a while!  It was fun and I got even more exercise in!

For the day I ate pretty healthy, oatmeal and coffee started my day.  I also had yogurt cup, yogurt drink and two bottles of water.  Lunch was leftovers....not considered healthy, but when I cooked it, I did not put sugar, plus I used lighter sauces, spaghetti and meatballs!

Dinner was grilled chicken sandwich with a gulp of coke from my husband's cup!  At the end of the night when we were going home, we stopped for pizza to take home, I had two mini veggie slices from the mini I shared with Michael and Amanda.   Friday and Saturday are my cheat days so i wasn't too worried about it!

My plan is to keep track of what I eat so that I can eliminate at least 50% of the bad stuff, or at least, keeping better track of it!

I'm fixin' to head out the door for an easy eight miler Donna! This finishes a "cutback" week of 36 miles for me before I ramp back up to 49 miles for next week. Why don't cha lace up 'n come go with me!

...okay I'm back now (and just had a tuna sandwich, an apple and  a good palm full of red grapes and a hot shower). Ran my eight in 1 hour, ten minutes, and twwnty seconds which translates to an average pace of 10:02 to the mile -a nice 'n easy recovery cutback run. But funny thing! I kept lookin' around for ya and never saw ya! Where'd ya go???

I've said it before, you're my hero!  I want to be as fit as you, or close to it!  Gosh man, you slay me!

LOL! I had to run out too.  Unfortunately not exercise, just errands!  I'm back now.  You are my hero!  I wanted to be there but I had to fly, tried, but realize I had no wings! then again, the wings I have are not for flight, just flapping!

I always find it amazing when I keep a food log--never realize how much stuff ends up in my mouth until I see it in writing.  It really adds up!

I'm back into my normal schedule after having a break away over the holiday period.  It was tough coming back but I was pleased I got up to my normal figures straightaway.  I guess it means I am fit.

As for diet, I now, for the first time in my life, have a bit of fat around my waist, despite all the exercise.  I have been told this is probably due to all the carbohydrates I eat.  I am planning on cutting back on them, losing the little tire and then I will be truly buff (although my wife thinks I am already but this thinking is part of her contract as a wife ).

The big problem with this is Toni has put her name in for the Australian version of Masterchef and is practicing all these wonderful recipes, so maybe my diet might have to wait for a while.

Good luck with yours, though.  Sounds like you're on the right track.

You are doing well and such a good attitude. I love jumping rope. I think that's part of the key, doing fun things to exercise.

I'm trying, but I had a breakdown yesterday evening!  I have to make workout fun other wise it's boring and I wont do it!  I wish I could say I was truly dedicated otherwise I wouldn't be starting over again...at least, it's not starting over, i'm contntinuing after all, but I definitely have to not give up on myself!
