I just finished watching Dr. Oz' makeover of four different people. What a difference just taking a few minutes per day to take are of yourself makes!
These individuals had one thing in common, stress. Familial, work, health, financial, it didn't matter from where, it all added up to one thing, stress.
Stress is really a big factor to everyone and that is something that almost anyone can relate to!
Each of them began to exercise, then make better choices in eating. After that they took care of their appearance, hair cut, hair color, skin rejuvenation, etc. How marvelous they look now!
Anyone can do this by taking just five minutes to do something different, wake up earlier, walk more, exercise, eating differently....it all makes sense!
