I couldn't resist that line!  However, the movie we saw, Paul Blart: Mall Cop with Kevin James, was worth it!   I wanted to go to the movies, really to see Underworld or Taken or one of those other interesting ones, but with kids in tow, they dislike scary movies, plus those I wanted to see were not appropriate for a seven year old!

We came to a unified decision, Paul Blart it was!  I like Kevin James, he's a funny comedian in my book and I've always enjoyed the King of Queens.  I just wasn't sure how this new movie was going to be and went with minimum expectations.

We laughed the entire movie!  It was as silly and unrealistic as it was funny!  But you couldn't help getting attach to Kevin's character Paul. The overweight guy who was the good guy, and who didn't think he stood a chance!  I'm not giving anything else away!  Of course there's always a jerk in movies like this one, and man the jerk in this one made you want to fist him in the face or knee him in the crotch!lol!

I like the twist and turns involved as well.  It went in a direction that none of us watching thought it would and it was a surprise that added more depth to the movie! 

Kevin James was actually the co-writer of this one and Adam Sandler is one of the Producers, so I guess you know you're going to get something great from two funny and creative guys!

Go see it, my kids said they wanted to see it again!  Not a chance, the cost of three with food and tickets.....$59!  While not as bad with the tickets, it's the concession stand that kills you, but we had fun and that's why we will be doing it again!lol!
