But.....

Addiction IS too strong a word to use, but I'm convinced that I must have an addiction for this blogsite, JoeUser.com. I didn’t make an appearance yesterday, and it felt like I had an itch that wouldn’t go away unless I scratched it - if you know what I mean.

I felt as if I was missing out. I've gotten so used to stopping by, dropping in on my internet friends. Reading what’s going on in their world and having the honor of making a comment here and there.

Laughing at the sense of humor, or lack thereof. Sharing and discussing openly the varied topics that keeps us buzzing. I like being here because it is an environment without prejudice (at least I hope so) and it’s a good way to reflect and get a load off. As I often do!

One of my very best friend in the world, she’s like a sister to me, and she’s French, recently told me when we were talking to each other by IM, after telling her about this Website and telling her to stop by and take a look, told me that the word JoeUser in French means to rejoice, ecstasy, pleasure. And it could also be interpreted to mean reading a good book and not specially oriented to a sexual meaning. The spelling for JoeUser in French is as follow: Jouiser or Jouir.

This is good to know. Wow, Brad, was that the thought here?! We get our kicks by blogging, why not?! I think however, that the American interpretation for the name Joeuser is like a regular person, Joesmo, or regular guy/gal. Thanks again Brad, for giving me somewhere to put my thoughts down, randomly or not. It’s always good to blog with friends.

So being new to this site, this means that I risk an addiction. I don't know I already have caffeine and nicotine...

high risk. Very. High. And stop the caffeine and nicotine. It affects your overall memory. And stop the caffeine and nicotine.

Great article Serenity.

I have gone through that as well. I found it was a stage. Now it has lowered from a boil to a slow simmer. I still need to check occasionally, stir and such, but I am not worried about it "boiling over" so I don't feel the need to check as often. Glad you enjoy it so.

Very interesting article. I don't think one can be addicted to JU or the internet, but it certainly is fun.

JU has become my second homepage.

I think most have a case of the addiction to the fun of the place.
