So I've started exercising again! This time I plan and I hope and my goal is to stick with it. Because as I said, I want this for me. I want this to be a regular part of my life. I also find that working out gives me so much more energy and makes me a lot more alert. And less tired too.

This week I've gotten up earlier, got a lot done. I'm less anxious and am able to deal more reasonable with things that gets thrown at me.

My toddler loves to work out with me too. Sometimes it's a nuisance because I can't do the workout without worrying about her hurting herself. Other times it's fun because this is something else she enjoys doing with me. So what I do is to develop "kid friendly" workouts so that she can be with me when I exercise. All this is happening at home in my living room of course. I've not gone out to the gym as yet.

Exercising is hard though. Damn, when you're out of shape it's one of the hardest thing to do and harder even to want to do it! But I'm feeling better as I said, so I'm not doing so badly. Plus I already feel and look a lot more toned! Such satisfaction. I can't wait to see the results after four weeks. I would put my numbers up, but I'm too embarrass!

I purchased the Core system ball and dvd workout set. That ball is so much fun. I find it really helps me to do the exercises a lot better. And boy, my bun is feeling it. I'm also doing sit ups, lots of weights, skipping, and aerobic workouts.

So far not too bad. I'm also having a lot less cravings too. My cravings could really be bad. That's one of the thing that I have a hard time controlling. But since I'm eating less food, that is, smaller portions, and eating more often, it's becoming less of a problem. Now that, is really really good!

Good for you I enjoy exercise too, it's fun to exercise. Not that I do enough of it, oh well. And I think it's nice that you can get your daughter to join in too

Thanks Danny! I checked my numbers last night, I've lost two inches off my waist and one off my hips, half off my thighs and arms. I'm flabbergasted that I've improved so quickly. I'm hoping it's not a fluke and waiting for the other shoe to drop! But, I'm not going to worry about it, probably water, I know but that's ok. I do feel the improvement and plan to forge ahead!
