New York's Governor Elliot Spitzer has joined the long line of politicians who got caught in a scandal that has changed their lives forever!  He went to a hotel in Washington DC, under a pseudo name, George Fox, and had fun with a "very high class" prostitute to the tune of $5,500!  The question is was it public funds that was used to fun this little romp, or was it his own money?
