I found out earlier this week that one of my nephews (on my hubby’s side), who is 11 years old is almost deaf. I'm making an effort to make time in order to exercise daily. Before it was at least three times during the week, plus my Power Saturdays. Then three time turned into two, then once, then it was not doing anything for two weeks, until last Saturday.
