I just finished watching the movie P.S. We are a week away from the first day of school for my children.  Adam begins high school and Amanda goes into first grade!

I've done all the usual stuff, clothes shopping for both of them.  My son is almost as tall as I am and he's going to be 14 in....OMG...two weeks!  We're planning a park visit for him!  He's grown out of almost all of his clothes!  All I kept hearing from him was, "Mom I have nothing to wear"; "Mom, my pants are too short"; "Mom, I have no underwear"!  Good grief!  I can never buy enough socks or underwear because those go missing in action!  As for  Amanda, she's transitioning from a size 6/7 to a size 7/8.  She's grown too!

A little kid can't even depend on the Tooth Fairy anymore!  My daughter lost one of her molars, one in the back, finally after weeks of her worrying about it because it was shaking, the tooth is out.  She had kept worrying it with her tongue and I was afraid she was going to bite into something and maybe swallow the thing!   Her dad wanted to just pull it out but I told him no way because all of the root have to come out!   She went to a birthday party and came ...

I'm having a difficult time with technology today!  I bought a new camera that was on sale,  great price, $59.00, a Cobra DC8000!  I figured as my first official digital camera, it can't be all that bad.  It has lots of great features and definitely what I'm looking for in something less complicated!    It takes great pictures, that is a plus.  I plugged it in to my computer, seems ok, turned on and everything.
